Jarod and his team were amazing. There was an relentless stain we've tried multiple times to remove, but have been unsuccessful. It's now gone! He was very responsive, timely, and I felt the price was very reasonable. The last company I had clean it did a mediocre job. The stain remained, and the odor in the room was pretty strong. My carpet looks fantastic, no overpowering odors of harsh chemicals (it smells really clean), and we were even able to get a sealant on one of the high traffic rooms.
