Someone needs to remind these people that solid waste is not something paid for by taxes. It is billed and paid for via water bill, making everyone they service a passing customer. Hands down the worst department of any in Johnson City. Spencer in customer service is very lacking at working with customers or providing service. If there was a way to fire every one that works here and start over, it's recommended.

There’s always trash dropped on the road.nI feel like the recycling program is a joke. It’s about making money instead of helping the environment. They now have limited what they will collect to recycle so that’s more for the landfill now.

Recycling is too limited. Compare with Conway Arkansas - a city of similar size.

I think Johnson City has the best recycling services in the nation. Every citizen should take advantage of it. Thank you for the efficient service you perform.

THIS PEOPLE WHO ARE DRIVING THE TRUCKS ARE SO DAMN CLUMSY THEY HIT MY MAILBOX TODAY AND TOOK OFF. EVERY WEEK ON MY STREET THEIR ARE TRASH CANS LAYING ON THEIR SIDES ALL OVER THE ROADS. I GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.
