This has got to be the laziest officers I've come across. I've been there numerous times rryung to find out info on my case that was filed month's ago, each time I go to the police department, I'm stopped by the receptionist, who takes my name and number and tells me the officer handling my case will call me. To this day the female officer hasn't returned not one call, I managed to make it back up there and this particular time I managed to see her, only to listen to her rude remarks since she was on vacation and didn't know a thing about the case. I am an 86 year old woman who had checks stolen and identity theft, credit cards opened and charged in my name, I guess they have better things to do than actual work. I'm still waiting to hear about my case, and that phone call I never got. I guess she hasn't recouped from her vacation yet after all this time. I'm too old to continue going there in hopes to speak to someone, only to be rude to, and whatever you do, don't try to call as 98% of the time they won't answer. I guess my next step is to file a complaint against them
DRIVERS BEWARE!!! TOWN IS A TICKET/ ARREST TRAP TO EARN MONEY AND FILL QUOTAS!!! Avoid the City of Frankston at all cost!!! And if possible Anderson County entirely!!!! I suffered greatly and wrongly at the hands of FPD. Anyone having to drive thru, be aware you have the right to have a state trooper present if pulled over, doing so will ensure your rights and the REAL law is respected!!!
