They let AT hiker James Jordan go without giving him a psychiatric evaluation, despite the fact Mr. Jordan was displaying clear signs of schizophrenia, along with multiple reports of Mr. Jordan threatening people with a knife. Two weeks later Mr. Jordan murdered a hiker on the Appalachian trail. Unicoi County is responsible.
Honesty and professionalism go along way in law-enforcement if you do not have these basic qualities you should not be in law-enforcement
Someone really messed this one up.. James Louis Jordan arrested in Unicoi County and released with no stipulations that prohibited him from the Appalachian trial. Now one person is dead in Virginia... How?
