The model railroad layouts (in four different guages) are very nice and detailed, and three are quite large. One depicts Knoxville and another the historic narrow guage East Tennessee and Western North Carolina (Tweetsie) Railroad. There is also a Little Engineers' room for kids to play with toy trains, mostly Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends.
It was a facinating trip, well worth the time. This is small scale production on a huge platform. Handcrafted scenery, trees, streets, forests....
This a great visit for any train enthusiast. They have two layout rooms and a children's playroom. Everyone working there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Accurate model train exhibits & great workers who will explain the history!
They have a great model railroad museum and a very knowledgeable staff, I had a great time & their model railroads are amazing!
