Justin and his team are a highly professional crew that works hard while always being polite and respectful. Justin responded to our call for a water leak and flooded basement and helped trace down the source. I was most impressed by the way that they were always so respectful to my highly inquisitive senior dad. This is only the first day of a multi day job and restoration, but if all goes as well as today, and the crew remains top notch like today, I look forward to a 5- star follow up upon completion.

We had a major malfunction with our Washer. We had severe water damage (flooring, ceiling tiles and duct work). Servpro came the same day we called them, within a couple of hours actually. They were very diligent in getting the water damage under control. They were very professional and so polite. Due to this, we contracted with them to do our restoration. They did a fabulous job. They were flexible and understanding of our situation in that I am working from home and our daughter is having school at home due to COVID-19. We were all here everyday together. The Servpro team of Washington County is great. One quality stands out to us and that is Justin kept his word. If they were delayed due to another emergency he let us know. The other thing is that they were so neat respectful of our home. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal. After getting the run around with another local company, Todd from Servpro really stepped up to the plate. He initially spent 70 minutes with me walking through our home and inspecting for black mold. He even caught a whole section of the house missed by the other company. Servpro responded rapidly and professionally when it was time for cleanup. Every morning I would get a phone call with what to expect for the day. Completely professional and kind. They respected COVID-19 protocols and everybody wore a mask in our home. Highly recommend this Washington county/Johnson City team!

The ladies came and clean our business. They did a super job. Everything was so clean. They went about and beyond what they needed to do. I would use them again. I wouldn't use anyone else. These ladies take pride in their work. Thank you all so much.
