This was my first home purchase ever and it was a very good experience. though long and sometimes frustrating it was made all the better by my realtors. So I wanted to say thank you to Kathy and Joe Tonini, they have worked with me for MONTHS. They made sure I was happy and that I was well protected and taken care of through the process. They took the time to get to know me and from that learned what I would want in a place. The present they gave me at closing just proves it. Vintage books (because I may have been guilty of looking at people’s book collection 1st and the house 2nd ud83dude05), the card addressed to me and my dog—cause Lord knows he was a factor in buying a place (from need for a backyard, to condo restrictions), a gift certificate to a mexican places (tacos please ud83dude0bud83cudf2e), and i’m suspicious of even the blue paper—yep UofK fan here ud83dude4bud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f, and while they are a house divided you’ll just have to go work with them to find out who is a cat fan and who is a card fan. But really thank you both so much for patience through the whole journey—and it really was one for sure. I appreciate all the help, advice, and watching my back.
