I am a caregiver of a Veteran. His water heater broke 9/4. His wife called their home owner insurance company, on 9/5. They were told a company would be out on 9/8. Never happen. On 9/10 the wife called again and got put on hold with there home owners. 2 hours later, I called. I explain what happen. We had a emergency appointment for the next day. T-N-T came. They were 45 minutes late. Big deal. They fix right then and there. Thank you. And may God bless this business.

We rent our cabin out and we had renters in that reported a leaking toilet that was leaking water down to the room below and we weren't sure what the situation was, but it was an emergency. We tried calling other plumbing companies and they either did not answer, nor returned voice mails, and the one other company that did answer could not get out there for a few days. We called TNT and explained our issue and they went out right away and addressed it within an hour. Very satisfied and will use TNT again. Thank you!
