My experience with this company to connect us with the local city sewer was excellent! They arrived as scheduled, were friendly and respectful, completed the work as scheduled and returned in a timely manner to address concerns regarding a sidewalk section that was replaced. Because of their outstanding service, I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to someone.
My wife and I were having some serious problems with our hot water heater in our new home. Jim and Jacob came out and assessed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day. We couldn't be happier with their hard work and exceptional service!
My husband and I are finished a half built home. The plumbing stub out that was in when we bought it was confusing and poorly installed. Jim and his son Jacob fixed everything and finished it for us! They’re very clean, efficient, courteous and professional. We would recommend them to anybody, anytime!

Have you ever called a plumber and got their voice mail? Left a message and they never called back? Well that’s not what happens when you call Heritage. They return your call. After explaining my emergency, Jim promised he would be there in 1 hour, and he was. The repair was completed quickly for a fair price. I will call Heritage if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
