Blue Ridge is a geogeous place to visit. Fun things to do
If you go to Blue Ridge, go by the welcome center. They are so friendly and helpful. It would be a mistake not to go by, if for nothing else, the maps.

Nice people with lots of good ideas.
The young woman behind the counter was sweet, friendly and incredibly knowlegable. She steered us to some waterfalls that she herself had visited. In fact she had first hand knowledge of most of the falls in the area. She mapped us out a loop to hit as many as we could that day. She was spot on and recommend a visit for anyone interested in unlocking the gems in the area.
