It was so beautiful to see the great workmanship that was done in the forties through the early 70s..
Friendly and informative staff..we enjoyed it alot
Although we are not aviation people, we LOVED our afternoon at the Swift museum outside of Athens! We learned so much and were impressed by the size and quality of displays. We were shown around and had the history of this interesting airplane explained. Our visit coincided with a fly in of fun Swift pilots coming in from around the country (and a 92 year old Canadian legend who flew in on his own!)nGood people, great visit. Highly recommended.
What a great little museum! If your driving up I-75 and need to take a break do it here. The planes are amazing and the ladies who work here are very friendly and informative.
