This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. Breakfast was beyond phenomenal. Two of the three attendants were very friendly especially the lady that served us Thanksgiving morning.nnThe room was clean and the bed was comfy. The pool was heated nice and warm. The shower pressure was amazing- one of the best we have ever had at a hotel.nnI would recommend staying here if you are in the area. We will be back.
Room is nice and clean. Staff is great and friendly. But the breakfast was sub par for what I'm used to at Holiday Inn Expresses. It (breakfast) was ok rather than really good. Location is a little weird but landscaping was very nice and clean.
The place was clean and staff was always helpful. Especially when the drunk man tried to say my luggage was his. I wasn't the only female he talked to. I think she was the manage she told me that she would go up to his room and speak to him. So I want to say thank you to her wish I knew her nameud83dude01
Absolutely no complaints. There was a mix up with the room because of the computer system but we got all that straightened out. We ended up getting a suite to stay in and a wonderful experience with staff and the hotel itself. Kids were happy they got to swim for a little while and we are on vacation from Michigan so we are so glad that we traveled farther down the road and found this hotel instead.
Clean rooms, decent breakfast... the desk clerk when I left probably should work in another business. Customer service isn't her strong suit!
