If they don’t feel like delivering packages they input false info in their handheld and leave it at the post office so the customer has to drive there and get it.nCarrier mauveline. post master Radbaugh Will just make up an excuse rather than find out the truth.nNot the first time I’ve complained about service at this post office and nothing gets done. Post master general needs to be more in touch with these problems, just try and call to complain, they make it almost impossible to talk to someone to even lodge a complaint. Pitiful customer service.

I have never experienced anything like this post office. After a SS check was not in our box as it has always been I went into the post office to see if it had been left out or misplaced. The two women at the counter were useless and did nothing to try & help. Not only did they say the mail carrier never put mail in wrong boxes but that they never leave mail undelivered if they forget it!! They tried to blame SS & I had already talked to SS & they still tried to find ways to make SS responsible. No offer to take my number and pass it to a manager or our carrier. They could care less & their customer service was horrible. I hope their mail gets lost and no one helps them.

No one ever answers the phone. They would be alot better if they would take care of the customers who call in with questions regarding their mail.
