I will definitely keep this number for all my plumbing needs. James and Ian were informative and professional. I needed to replace a bad water heater. He eXplained all my options and I decided on a tankless water heater. Thank you for unlimited hot water!
James was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do before he did it and upon completion gave a great run down of what was done and preventative maintenance tips. Pricing was quoted upon inspection. His apprentice Ian was also with him and did great work as well. I'd hire them again anytime. It's worth noting the work wasn't to expensive and well within our price range. Glad we can support a local plumber.
I am not a plumbing expert, but I am happy with Pipe Masters service and pricing. He gave me a quote months ago and I wasn't able to afford the repair. When I called back much later and asked to have it done, he still did it for the same quote. He was one time, communicative and polite. Has my recommendation!
