Absolutely breathtaking view and alot of history as well worth checking out not to mention great view of you are walking the trailplus a view of thee Creek Wich flows into the elk River also locally known as Richland creek
Worth stopping for excellent information plaque. Can't see anything
Not a whole lot here, but there is a short boardwalk to the overlook with an informative historical plaque at the end to let you know the events that transpired in the area. A definite, albeit quick, stop, if you are following the Trail of Tears route.
