I called at 12:00 and he was here at 3:00 on a SATURDAY. I could go on about how fair and knowledgeable... It's a rare gem in West Tennessee to find expert, honest repair and construction work. I'm so impressed, they even made sure every fixture was working before they left.
Russell and his team were great. They were professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to get our well back working, even going as far as coming out on the weekend. Definitely will be using Russell again if needed.

Had Russell's out to my land yesterday after being out of water for an extended period of time. They knew what was wrong 20 minutes after arriving and fixing it maybe a little over 2 hours after arriving. They're quick, efficient and great at what they do. They'll be my water people for the rest of my life on this land.
