They arrived early, were very professional and got the job done less than an hour. They are way better than a competitor in Camden, TN that lied to me 2 times and then didn't reply to messages or calls. Very reliable company.

This company I would recommend to anyone, we had to wait a while because they were so very busy, as were most septic companies this year. We had a full system installed as the kids are coming here, and a new drainfill on our original system, they were very kind and did an excellent job, so anyone who needs a septic system or new drainfill you could not go anywhere better than B and B Septic. These guys did an amazing Job. I called late this morning because my septic tank had backed up and I had water filling the floor of my bathroom. They sent out a team as soon as they could. They went straight to work and diagnosed the problem in a timely and productive manner. They than went to fixing that problem which included digging up pipe, replacing old broken pipe all while getting supplies brought all the way from Perry county by another employee. (I'm in New Johnsonville.) After all was said and done they had been there for about 5 hours,had drafter another employee and had even pumped my septic tank, but by the end of the night my toilet was working again and we are able to experience the under appreciated joy of indoor plumbing.nnTo top this off, when the night was over, I was expecting a bill over a thousand, which would have been rightly deserved, however that was not at all what I got. These fine people charged me less than half that, and did a job worth more than twice that amount. I will always call them for my future septic needs and I encourage everyone else to as well. It not often that you find quality work, and integrity paired with more than fair pricing. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.
