Many things could describe Rod in a positive way. The one thing that I can say I enjoyed the most was Rod always kept me updated. I was in contact with him almost daily at times and was always aware of everything. The whole process was smooth and plan on using him again in the future. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the services of Rod! If you want someone who is top-notch and gets the job done I encourage you to use this man....He sold my condo in less than a month and had about 10 condo showings the first 3 weeks...Again this man gets it done!!!

I have known Rod for over 15 years and he is one of the most honest and hard working people I know. We bought our current home from Rod 9 years ago and if/when we list it I have one phone call to make and that is to Rod Richardson! He truly believes the customer comes first and is the best in the business. If you are looking for a home or are considering selling your current home you will not be disappointed if you hire Rod to represent you.

Rod was our Realtor when my boyfriend (now husband) decided to combine households into one. We had loose design requirements, yet specifics on what we would and would not accept with a house. He was very patient and perfectly willing to let us drive a search, while also feeding us options that made sense. The thing that impressed me was his openness, honesty and non-salesy nature. He was an excellent resource for negotiations with the seller and their Realtor and we ended up with the home that fit our style and requirements- for a price that was more than fair. When it comes time to sell our current home, we will definitely call upon Rod to facilitate that transaction.

Rod is a professional, committed, accurate, dedicated, knowledgeable, trustworthy and fights for what you want, the customer.nHe helped me get the home that I wanted using my VA Home Loan after another realtor did me wrong.nHe knows what to look for during the showing, buying and sale process and is very honest in giving you his recommendation.nRod also was able to negotiate the buy of the house to the price that was agreeable.nHe also returns all emails and phone calls within a day.nnI found out I needed a roof repair after the buy and Rod was there to represent me and negotiated with the seller to have it done successfully.nHe did not abandon me after the sale and help me tremendously.nWith out him I would not have a new roof.nnI would highly recommend Rod and would defiantly use his services again in the future.nnMatthew Simons

In my opinion, the true measure of a real estate agent is the service after the sale. Not only did Rod negotiate on our behalf, he stayed in touch to make sure all was going well after the closing. He has been a wealth of information and never makes you feel like you are wasting his time. He is a real gentleman who keeps the customer at the center of his attention and I would not hesitate to call on him for real estate services in the future.
