I wasn’t planning on buying or selling a house in 2020, but somehow both happened and I couldn’t be happier! I found a house on Zillow that caught my interest and Lisa Robinson with Rick Shaw Realtors showed up in the middle of the day to show it to me, not once, but twice! Needless to say, that house was not for me, but I hit the jack pot on the next one! She was able to walk me through the contract process and before I knew it, I had bought the perfect house! Lisa and Angie Shaw-Pryor guided me through the process of selling my current home. They gave me helpful tips, they did a beautiful job of highlighting the best parts of my home, and were instrumental in getting me top dollar for my investment. They were an absolutely amazing team to work with! The strong support, consistent communication, and follow through with the little things made all of the difference to make this experience as stress free as possible! I did my reseach. Loved the family business approach. Attention to detail and care. 5STARS. These are the best agents I've worked with in Louisville. Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgable and patient. Would use again but may never want to move. I love my home!!!

I used Rick Shaw Realtors to purchase my home in 2007 and then to sell the same home in 2020! Both experiences left me with little worry when it comes to the home buying/selling process. Most recently, Angie, was able to assess our home, recommend changes and upgrades, and have it staged and ready to go on the market within a week! Her professionalism and her know how got us 3 showings and 2 offers (one of those being above asking price) within less than 24 hours once it went live! We had it on the market on our own for 3.5 months prior! We closed on the home within 3 weeks! I would highly, highly recommend this family owned and operated business as your realty company!

Love~ Love~ Love this company!!! They helped me and my husband buy our first home in Louisville. They really take time and care to explain the buying process. We have been here 7 years and couldn’t be happier with the results and our neighbors. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon but when we do we will call Rick Shaw Realtor’s :)
