I called and JJ was able to come the next day. I appreciated the prompt service and very efficient repair.
JJ and Superior Plumbing was a joy to work with. They do what they say and say what they do. Very professional. I highly recommend them.
They answered the phone every time I called. They were on time or early each time they came. They kept me in loop on everything they did. They cleaned up well before they left. I will definitely be using them the next time I need a plumber.
Once again JJ and John knocked it out of the park. They installed anti-freeze spigots on our outdoor hose bibs. Now I can rest easy that I shouldn't have busted pipes in the future.
Water was backing up in our kitchen sink. It was a mess. Showed up on time, kept us informed us what was going on and the cost. Very professional, polite. Worked hard, resolved the issue. They will be our plumbing service if we have future needs. Highly recommend.
