Very friendly and seemingly genuine over the phone. Promptly returned my call even tho I'd reached out quite late in the evening. Even worked us for a next morning appointment. Luckily water heater began operating properly that morning prior to UnionJack's arrived, therefore we cancel the tech's trip out. But the call alone has us storing his contact for our future plumbing needs. ud83dude01

Never showed for his appts
We had a water heater burst, at work, just as we were starting to see patients. We called these guys and it seemed like 5 minutes and they were there. They checked out the problem and went for parts. They were back in no time, fixed the problem, and were on their way. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I'd choose them again and again.
