This is such an amazing place with Davy's family's reconstructed home place. The park staff went out of their way to host our rendezvous event which was fantastic. This is a beautiful setting nestled beside the river. Plenty of room for our events, rifle range, tomahawk throw, knife throw, flint and steel fire starting, etc.
We had an awesome time camping. They have the homestead of Davey Crockett complete with gardens, cabins, chickens, turkeys, pigs and lots more. The campsite is wonderful and the staff is second to none!
Beautiful place. Park Rangers were very nice and informative.
Great historical site. Visit is more interesting during a reenactment weekend.
Awesome place and we will diffently go back with our friends and family when they come to visit
