Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Johnson City

The nite staff is great. But if you have a service animal you will get charged. We called the corporate office and there customer service about the issue was no help at all. The Manger for day shift doesn't do her job. I've never stayed at a hotel were we got treat like that. So handicap ♿people with a service animal beware. Because this please needs a serious clean out of the day staff.

Good place to stay, friendly staff, seems to be undergoing remodeling at this time but would gladly stay here again.

Rooms where nasty Wi-Fi barley worked and they didn't clean our room up we had to say something to them a few times

Not great experience at all. 1st room(I reserved) had a tissue (not mine or anyone else I was with ) 2nd room had a messed up bathroom door handel, ceiling was messed up over the shower, tables was dusty, the coffee pot was missing, tv wasn't plugged in,remote for the tv was gone. I check out after seeing that in both rooms and talk with a gentleman name Christopher who said he would make note and allow the manager to see it.& that it would be up to them if I get a refund.

If I could put no star I would. Literally the only plus was we got close parking.
