Baymont by Wyndham Johnson City

Love most ALL of the people there except ONE!! He is rude and obnoxious! Likes to call you a list, when YOU ARE NOT! Should not be managing a hotel if he does NOT know the facts of a situation. I am a honest person,have used Wyndham Hotels for years! Love them,,but have no respect for people who do NOT know how to deal with the public!!!!

I am always treated with polite service at checking in, & out at this hotel.nThe room is clean, and enjoy my stay there when I have to stay overnight as I feel safe there especially when I am traveling alone .nthe staff are friendly, polite, towards their guests.

Can I do a negative star.......... when we arrived to the hotel around 9 pm after a long day of traveling we unloaded our car we walked into the room and was greeted by cockroaches and a cigarettes' smoke smell. We spoke to a manager who attempted to find us a new room but it was to late, we were able to get our money back and had to frantically look for a new hotel during a busy race week. We are very disappointed and will not return.

It was an okay Hotel if you just go spend the night or two me myself I prefer stay in kitchen app when I'm working away from home

Love the hotel they have certain rooms for pets so no problems there
