Their policy is you have 15 minutes to change rooms after check in if you don't like it. I think they start you in the worst room. I was told of the policy when checking out. Door lock didn't work, towel bars falling of walls, shower curtain rod falling down so curtain would not stay shut, stains in the carpet, black mold on bathroom ceiling, and handle for sink came off. For breakfast you had a choice of cereal or donut. Would not stay here.

The room had bed bugs and when I woke up after my first night staying, I woke up with a dead bug I had crushed from sleeping on it. My apartment is now infested with bed bugs and when calling the front desk to let them know, the man was extremely defensive right off the bat and ended the call quickly. $246.20 for 3 days on the beginning of the work week with no major events scheduled in the area. Do not make the mistake I did and waste your money here.

Local channels not available on tv. Next to nothing available for breakfast. Ceral no milk froth desk gone all the time. Would not recommend to anyone.

Just glad to be out of the weather. This place was welcoming and right where we needed it to be when the snow and ice made driving impossible.
