Ambulane ride foe my son was good....but it took forever for these guys to get to the scene of the accident

Your ambulance drivers are rude nasty and lie to nurses, I will get this man fired soon, and if this is the best you have all you should be fired, I pray people's life are not in these people hands.

Recently, my mother had to go by ambulance to Franklin Woods hospital. She was in extreme pain, and the two fellows from Greeneville Greene County EMS were kind, compassionate, and efficient. Our family felt very blessed to have had such a kind treatment.
