I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting one of your employees yesterday in the ice cold. I had left my lights on in my car, I have jumper cables, I had asked her if she would be willing to jump my car (parked right next to me) she said no, I ran to another end of the parking lot to speak to someone else, they were happy to. I then ran back to her to ask if she could move her vehicle so that I could get a jump, SHE WALKED AWAY! DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING! until after I said that I would never use your company. She then started yelling at me about how I don't acknowledge her when the dogs are barking so why would she acknowledge me? I notice she's talking about the GROOMING shop next door. I say it's a dog grooming shop, and I don't work here, I am a customer and this is there first time we've met. She takes her time moving her vehicle as I'm standing outside in 30 degree weather. The people nice enough to help also will also never use your services, after seeing how rude she was. If this is how your people talk to strangers..... I never want to spend a dime there. I will be blasting this place on social media every chance I get. Have a great day and God Bless.
