Great experience. Craig was out to us within minutes of calling on a sunday and helped diagnose and temporarily fix to keep us comfortable until further help can come. Have always had wonderful quick service and will continue using this company for all further services.
We were sweltering in the July heat. Everywhere we turned, people were looking to rip us off. We had begun to think we would have to learn to live without AC until further notice. We just don't have hundreds of dollars to spend on a faulty unit. But Roscoe Brown came through when nobody else would. They sent a friendly technician named Ryan Bynum in less than half an hour from the time we called. He was professional and quick-had our AC running in no time flat! We won't have to suffer after all, thanks to him! Thanks, Ryan! You're our hero! We will recommend Roscoe Brown to anyone and everyone who will give us the time of day!
