I called late at approx 10 pm I knew it being after hours that service call was going to be more expensive than during normal business hours,But honestly was shocked what it cost me for a clogged pipe. They do great work no doubt &service tech was polite &friendly I just was not expecting a 400.00 + bill for a clog at septic tank baffle which was approx 5 -6 ft from where he got access inside pipe.
Company was called to look at a toilet at facility that I work. Was told it would be over $600 and the entire head needed replaced. Agreed at time to just pay for service call. Emailed invoice of full charge as if they had fixed. Had workers in house look at toilet. Batteries were corroded and needed replaced. Fixed the problem.-UPDATE SERVICE FEE WAS REIMBURSED AND SPOKE TO PLUMBER ON HOW TO FIX SPECIFIC TYPE OF TOILET. PLEASED COMPANY REACHED OUT TO MAKE RIGHT.
I feel like this company is trying to rip me off. I paid a $65.00 service fee for nothing. Which was more than the last time which was $45.00. I had another company come out and fix this leak without going under the house and it only cost me 40.84 in parts. After I showed them the pictures and quotes of $849.00 and $3,639.00 They walked me step by step though this and showed me what they needed to do to fix this, and why it was not necessary to go under the house. They felt so bad about my situation that they didn't even charge me a service fee. The time prior to this when your company came out (8/11/20) for a leak the guy cut an unnecessary hole in my wall that I had to have repaired. The service call fee at that time was $45.00. I asked for an older, more experienced person to come out this time and that was not the case. a 30 year old and another even younger person showed up. I was told by Amy that Clayton would be coming out, and Charles Blades and another service person came out.
This company is awesome. I wasn't home during the repair and the technician sent pictures of his progress at fixing a leak on my main water line in my front yard. Cleaned up the area best he could and was very professional. Ill definitely use this company again. Price in my opinion was very reasonable!
Finally Manchester has a professional plumbing company to work with. Highly recommend them. Response time was amazing. I had to have all new drain piping put in my mothers home. Brett took pictures to show his work.nTested everything when finished.nBest thing 5 yr guarantee...wownSo thank you Brett and guy that was with you I forgot his name. Thank you guys for being polite !
