Nice hotel. Newly renovated. Good rates. Great location also. Lots of restaurants and stores.

Drove over 5k miles this week. Stopped to get a mere 6 hours of sleep before my delivery. I got woken up by a very rude man telling me I had to pay $30 to park. Told him I'd be gone in less than 3 hours and that I just needed a little rest. He let me know he didn't care and told me to get out. So inconsiderate during these times. Truckers are our here running themselves into the ground to keep this country moving right now. Folks should be coming together to get through this pandemic. Instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to help an exhausted driver out, these guys decide to capitalize off of it. I will never give my hard earned money to people like this.

While the staff was nice, the room was infested with bed bugs. We were only refunded 2 of our 3 nights and after an argument with the general manager and still being refused the refund for the third night, I can promptly say with confidence that if you are dumb enough to stay in a hotel that treats their guests with such disrespect as to let them sleep in bed bugs, then you have lost my respect. I will not be staying at this establishment again and would persuade other from doing so as well.

I’ve stayed here for an extended stay. The lobby workers have always been so nice to me my boyfriend and daughter. The room we had was vacuumed cleaned and smelt good. This is an old hotel feelin it’s age but I have no complaints! No bugs nothing. Room service doesn’t speak much English n they may seem mean at first but their not! They deal with some crummy ppl here. Whenever I did not leave the do not disturb sign on the door they would give me fresh bed sheets towels toilet paper and make the bed. Their doing some remodeling to the hotel now and I’ll be back!

Currently Staying at the Vista inn on south church street. I have stayed here a few times and would like to make a few suggestions to increase business and revenue. Other then a few renovations the actual arrangements of the room could use some work. You don’t want to be the standard in affordable room rentals you want to be the lead. Electrical sockets with items plugged in pressed up against bedding is fire hazard. Smokes detectors in smoking rooms not working. Placing the coffeemaker on the room table and placing the table in the corner with an actual lamp on it give a cozy feeling as you can look out your window to start your day. Example is my current room. Also this arrange helps the businessman because laptops can be place on the table used there and on the nightstand with very limited outlets this is a game changer. Moving the microwave and refrigerator out of the corner and beside the chest of drawers makes for better convince. Over all good stay.
