Very clean rooms. Actually the entire hotel is very clean and smells so good. Safe building in a safe area. Excellent customer service.

My girl and I found a babysitter and reserved a hot tub suite. 5/5, highly recommend. The hot tub is great. Nice and deep. And hot. Lots of room. Perfect height for the sides too. Really allows you to get in there. Y'know?

Guy at the front desk was super nice! Highly recommend!

I was awaken at 1:30 am by loud arguing right next door to me. I call the front desk and he said I will handle it. Well it never stopped. I couldn't even get back to sleep because it went on for hrs until the police was called. At check out all I heard was sorry. No let me refund you or give you half off no nothing. Worse stay ever.

Beds are not the best, pull out bed is the worst. Powdered creamers in the morning . Night manager is not polite or positive .
