A guy hit me from the side, failing to yield. It was documented that he failed to yield while merging, but was also documented there was No Citations issued. However kudos to both officers for calming the other party down, and taking control of the situation.

Cop Underwood, uses illegal tactics and the judge and attorney support his methods and said it doesn't matter what the cop does, it only matters what u do?! Well we all know you will eventually have some explaining to do Underwood! Very corrupt organization, 3 attorneys told me the Alcoa dept, does not care about you or the law, just your money.

This has got to be the worst Police Department ever. A guy rear-ended me the other day, and when the police asked for his insurance, he said he couldn't find it (obviously he didn't have insurance) and the officer STILL let him drive off!

Tell old K Dailey 242 to choose a different developing subdivision to park his cruiser in while searching for people to pull over for some of the most meaningless and easily fought in a court of law reasons.... Maybe check his GPS and find out he has been wasting tax payer dollars sitting in the same spot every shift.. Also make sure he understands the need to identify his self while doing his sworn duty. Heck just send him back to police training before he hurts someone. Most unprofessional district of cops in a county with THREE POLICE STATIONS! Division full of traffic cops. Avoid Alcoa at all cost .
