Excellent septic experience. The service tech was courteous, pleasant to speak with and professional. He performed the work quickly and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. He provided me with some much needed information about my tank and did not try to upcharge or sell me anything I didn't need. I trust this company for future service. They were also affordable!

At first Price seemed to be a life savor. They came out the same day I needed them. I was told at the time that I might have roots in my line and they were coming back to check for due to a heavy rainfall. There was absolutely no follow up so I assumed I was good...my first mistake. Fast forward 6 months and my septic is backing up yet again. I called to have them come back only to receive a phone call stating they couldn’t help me. They claimed they had referred me o. To someone that could help me with the roots in my line however I never received this information. Had I, I would have gotten this taken care of before my house started flooding again. Extremely disappointed in the follow up and customer service from this company!
