At first this was gonna be a negative review. I was rather disappointed in the motivation of the gentleman who visited me. He had failed to contact me, though I was home, and left. I called to complain and in steps Jamie. The man himself. With 30 years experience, owner of the business, Master plumber, to install a shower valve. This is the equivalent of asking Superman to change your tire. But Jamie was there. His skills beyond this, talent surpassing, making hard work to right what once was wrong.nnThe work was done in an accurate fashion, with quickness and tolerance. Through a barrage of plumbing questions did this man work.nnI hold my reserves for the man who was supposed to do the work, as I live a fair distance away. But Jamie came in, rectifying all or any perceived wrong doing, and showed to me that the company is strong, built on a foundation of trust and craftsmanship, and has honor.nnThe work was great. The materials are great. The man is great. I would recommend this company, at least Jamie, to anyone who wants PROFESSIONAL plumbing work done. Not all heroes wear capes. Some carry channel lock pliers and angle saws. Jamie did right.nnI plan on using the company in the future for some major projects. I absolutely recommend this company.

This company charged me an outrageous amount for unclogging a bathroom toilet. $647. For about an hour’s work. It still didn’t fix the problem and they said I needed to pump the tank . The only problem is it is the toilet that is further from the tank, and the other two baths are closer to it work fine. Don’t use under any circumstances

I had a leak in my water heater that I needed to get looked at, so I contacted My Professional Plumber. Jason was sent out the next day to check for the problem. He arrived on time, and was profesional, polite, and personable. He quoted me a fair price and got to work immediately. My Professional Plumber is all I was looking for from a plumber: no nonsense, knowledgeable, on time, polite, and fair. Needless to say, if I have a plumbing problem in the future I'll be using them again

Plumber came to evaluate the clogged sink but did not touch a single thing before telling me it would be $500 to unclog. Then would not leave until I paid a $79 service charge, which they refunded later after complaining. Then I got HEP to come out who fixed it for $14.
