I own a small computer repair store and have a floor drain that constantly gets backed up. The quotes I could get over the phone were 300-$400 without looking at it or it would take several days to get to it. Maryville Plumbing had my drain cleared for much cheaper and was very clean.
I was having a hard time finding a plumber that was not by contractor only until I checked the Sevierville phone book and found Eric at Cheap Home Plumbing. He came out the next morning and did a great is job repairing my toilet! He’s very reasonably priced and he is also very knowledgeable. Now I know who to call with my Plumbing needs. Cheap home plumbing came out to my house and fixed multiple issues multiple times bc it’s an old house and I could only afford a few things at a time. Luckily he will work with you and isn’t set on prices like other places. Prices were very reasonable and he’s a very nice guy.
Worked alongside with Eric on a water heater replacement job. I had to run a new, bigger gauge wire to the water heater and he was doing the plumbing. We worked hard and was a very nice guy. He was helping out a woman in a bad situation and I'm sure was giving her a much needed discount. Would recommend him in the future.
