These guys were absolutely AWESOME!!! they came out for an emergency, then got back out within a week to redo the entire drain system in my house. They stayed until almost 6pm too finish and came in under the quote.

The Plumbing Company of East Tennessee was assigned to service our under warranty water heater by the manufacturer, but went above and beyond in terms of service and professionalism. James not only replaced the faulty heater per the warranty, he also advised us on how to correct several problems with the previous installation, did the work quickly, and walked us through how to best maintain the equipment. Beyond the efficiency and quality of the work, James was simply kind and professional.
