Wanted to charge me a $99.00 service fee to give me an estimate. I asked why and was told that would ensue the service truck to be fully stocked, cover the technicians time, the cost of the insurance, and payment on the vehicle. Holy smokes batman if you service 10 customers a day at $99.00 to cover the cost of the vehicle payment and insurance you are making out like a bandit. Let's do the math folks: If the vehicle cost $90,000.00 and you charge 10 people a day $99.00 you should be able to pay off the vehicle in 100 days. Don't get me wrong, I believe in pay a fair price for services rendered. If they had told me the charge for come out and give me an estimate was $25.00 I would have been fine with that. My point is if I paid them $99.00 for an estimate and did not like their price, I would be out $99.00. I always get 3 estimates for work I am planning to have done and if they all charged me $99.00 each, that would be $297.00 for a job that may have cost less than that. I am just tired of everyone these days passing off operational cost to the consumer or the big one COVID19 pricing.

Mark did a really great job! He arrived on time, effectively communicated what needed to be fixed and did the work efficiently. His prices were reasonable and his expertise was honest, forthright, and reassuring. He sent a really nice thank you card afterward thanking us for our business. Top of the line professional! I didn’t give it 1 star because they did respond to my call very quickly and were at my house the next day but I had an upstairs sink that needed some plumbing work. The guy came out and gave me an estimate of $1200! He made it seem like it was going to be an extremely difficult job, so difficult he was going to have to bring extra help. There was no way I was going to pay $1200 for this fix so me and a buddy, neither of us plumbers, fixed this job in a day and less than $100. Makes me sick for the people who would have paid them this money.

Very nice people but they charge 69.00 for an estimate. If price is too high, you are out 69.00 and it does not come off the estimate if you let them do the work.
