After an unsuccessful experience with another realtor; my listing was transferred to Travis Cox. The market was hot and my cute New Albany house wasn’t selling. Full of concern and frustration after my first go-round with the other realtor; I was apprehensive; I had lots of questions and concerns for Travis. Luckily for me, Travis was attentive to my concerns and answered all my questions. If he didn’t know the answers; he sought them out for me. Travis was always professional, assertive, supportive and displayed excellent communication skills. He provided the guidance I needed for negotiating the sale of my home at a price that made sense in the current market and my own needs. The Impact Home Group was awesome! The office team was also extremely helpful and efficient with providing assistance and support with all the paperwork, the closing information, my ‘to do list’ to make sure we could close in a timely manner. After Travis Cox took over my listing, my beautiful home sold in less than a week.

Travis was my realtor and he showed me homes for sale in Louisville and I ended up buying one. he was amazing all throughout the process. I highly recommend him to first time home buyers and everyone else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
