We worked with Gerri on both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home.nnWith respect to the sale, Gerri was a great help to us with advice on staging the home and in pricing the home for sale. Because of her guidance and knowledge, we were able to sell the home in just nine days for more than we would have expected when we started the process.nnFor our purchase, Gerri did a fantastic job negotiating with the sellers. We had several issues that came up with both the inspection and appraisal, and her negotiating skills allowed us to save lots of money on the purchase of our home.nnGerri was responsive to all of our needs throughout the process. She would handle our questions and requests, however difficult they may be, at any time of day. I would recommend Gerri to anyone who is ready to buy or sell a home.
