I've been a tenant at 4010 Dupont/Professional Towers for the past three years and really like being here. Management is friendly and responsive! There is a great sense of community in the building and my clients really appreciate the location, cleanliness, and amenities offered by the building. I highly recommend this location for office space!

We are a tenant in their Quartermaster Station property in Jeffersonville. It's been a great experience! They've always been very easy to communicate with and have been very responsive to maintenance and other requests. We highly recommend them to other businesses all the time.

Most of my day is spent dealing with property management companies who need the services of Stanley Schultze and Co. for both repairs and new construction work.nSun Properties has been a client of ours for over a decade and have been an absolute delight to work with!nAngi Walls understands when there is a necessity for quick action, whether a broken glass window, a faulty door closer or a caulk/ sealant issue causing water infiltration.nShe quickly dispatches Stanley Schultze to fix whatever problem has arisen, and follows up to make sure that the problem has been solved.nIf I were leasing commercial office space, I would definitely look first to properties managed by Sun Properties.

I currently work in a building owned by Sun Properties, We paid rent up front and paid for renovations in our office. It was very costly with pretty poor and unprofessional work. This should have been a red flag as to the service they would provide moving forward. We and many of the other buildings in this complex have air condition issues. They have taken 1 office suite dividing them in to 2, with no additional utilities added to the building. part of our office is consistently over 80 degrees on a good day. It has been an issue for 3+ months, with weekly calls to their office, with the resolution being window tinting. They had an AC company come check our suite, and they informed us they would recommend a 2nd unit / sensor for our floor. Upon this information being provided to Sun Properties, they covered it up and said it would not be financially beneficial for them to fix the issue. I would strongly recommend not working with this company in any capacity.
