Our kitchen faucet became loose and we were concerned it might leak. Of course it happened when we had company for the Easter holiday. I called Home Comfort for the repair on Saturday of Easter weekend no less. Their phone was answered promptly and the serviceman called back shortly. He could not have been nicer, made the repair and was on his way quickly. It is so nice to deal with people who honestly want to help and do it professionally and competently.
They stayed late to get the hot water heater installed so we wouldn't have to go without hot water another night. The guys were professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We will definitely use them again if needed in the future.
Home Comfort has now installed a new heat pump for me and repaired another unit. Both times they have been on time and done what they said they would do without leaving a mess behind. Each time the owner of the company has followed up with me letting me know what was wrong, sending pictures so I could see for myself and a reasonable estimate to fix it. I highly recommend their services!
RONNIE was on time, courteous, professional and friendly. Wore mask and protective shoe coverings, and was pleasant and made me feel at ease with him in my home...this is a great company...I keep a service contract with them which I would highly recommend.
Had no complaints very informative. Did a great job . I would recommend to my friend and family.
