Dropped off 5 shirts and 5 dresses on July 30,2019 with the promise that they'd be done by 5 the following day.Go in to pick our things up and the shirts are ready but the dresses aren't the so for 2 weeks went in at least every other day and I'm told oh they plant didn't send then. Finally go in today August 16,2019 to get the dresses and they were there but they still charged me $65 which I feel like they should have done something for being it was a hold on their end and nothing to do with the dresses.

Attention To Everyone in the Chapin Area who are customers of BREEZE DRY CLEANERS. This business is currently treating their loyal employees this way. They are refusing to provide any Personal Protective Equipment to these folks who handle your laundry and dry cleaning items when it comes in or when it is returned to you. Not only this, but they are offering protective masks to SELL for $10 each, to the public and/or their employees. They have even told their employees to go out and buy their own PPE, if they want them. This treatment is horrible and needs to be addressed by the best source, their LOYAL CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES.nLET THEM KNOW HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE AND INEXCUSABLE TREATMENT.nnPLEASE SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE AND LETS LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS CONDUCT

I am having a HORRIBLE experience with this dry cleaners, it actually makes me sick. I dropped off 2 dresses, just for cleaning. Neither had any stains on them that needed attention, as both had been lightly worn. When I picked up the items the 1 dress had blue stains all over it and the other had a big black stain on it. I was shocked. The ladies at the front desk were very unhelpful and stated I needed to speak with the owner. I attempted to call him but he never answers his phone. His staff stated I needed to text him. After texting him I finally got a response. After 2 attempts for them to try and “fix” my items both still have the stains. The owner stated to me that there is nothing they can do at this point, never offering any sympathy or taking any ownership. I’ve asked to receive reimbursement for not only my dry cleaning costs, but also the cost of both the dresses, and now the owner has gone mute. This has been an absolute nightmare. The lack of care from both the owner and his staff has been extremely frustrating and shocking. It is terrible that people can be so careless with other people’s possessions.

Never, ever is the dry cleaning there on time or done when promised. Shirts go missing constantly and magically reappear weeks later. Only to be explained by a simple “oh well”. And now customers are required to count their items prior to dropping off as evidently this is asking too much of the staff to do. Being that this is only the 2nd review I’ve ever written for any business should be enough to signify how utterly frustrated I am. I shall be taking my measly $500 a month elsewhere. They obviously don’t need the business.

March 2018 was my first time using this place. They lost my skirt, here it is Nov, 13 2018 i have not received any word about my skirt. The ladies at the desk were kind, yet I never seen the same person twice. They told me i would get reimbursed, well that never happened. Needless to say I no longer use this place.
