Whatever you do, stay away from this place! I took in laundry for fluff and fold service (We have just recently had twins and I thought I would try to be helpful and take a major chore off of our plate). What a mistake! EVERYTHING came back horribly wrinkled and unwearable! I had to re-wash, dry, and fold everything! Thanks for stealing my money. I know better now.

I had my wedding gown cleaned and preserved with them. The teenager at front desk upon dropping off my gown was very unprofessional and didn't know pricing. I had to pay for the service upfront and was given a time frame of 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks go by and I had to reach out to the business, they did not reach out to me the paying customer..and she had so many excuses as to why it was not done and said the following week it would be. I called the next friday, again they had no communication to the paying customer, and it still was not complete and said the next Wednesday it would be. I then had to call them again that next wednesday and of course, still not complete and every excuse she could come up with. The dress was then done the next day, thursday, which was 9 weeks from drop off, and 4 phonecalls from me. There was no compensation given back for the lack of communication and unprofessionalism from them and I would not go back nor recommend them. They had a very expensive possession of mine in their care and could not communicate what was going on when the timeline was extended. Had there been communication, all would have been fine.

I had a dress dry cleaned. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, they were really fast! Truly excellent customer service. ud83dudc4d Well done Country Clean.

I liked the way they cleaned my pink suit. Retained the color perfectly. The gay kid is kind of odd though but he is nice.
