Not bad! Machines are newer and appear to work properly and the patrons are seemingly normal by all accounts.
My first time here doing my Dad's laundry. I accidentally put the clothes in a broken machine, whick LOCKED and I couldn't get the clothes out to move to another washer! I hesitantly, and without much faith, called a number listed and left a message. Not wanting to leave my Dad's clothes, I called again 20 mins later and surprisingly got and answer! A nice man (David?) came within 20 mins and helped me out. Getting timely help has been quite a rarity with my laundromat experience. Elgin has a gem!
Half the machines dont work most of the time
Its dirty and smells like somebody pooped in there.
The dryers do not work
