Tidal Wave Auto Spa

For the cost of the top-tier membership that you pay for here at tidal Wave, they sure as heck do not provide services as they advertise. halftime the car wash has different parts of it broken and it takes weeks if not months to repair, you have to watch that they're going to give you the correct wash in the first place, and depending on the employees you may or may not even get a good experience of them properly scrubbing your car before going in the car wash. If there was another service in Sumter like this I would be going with my business elsewhere. It isn't worth the money but unfortunately Sumter does not have any other businesses like this so you're stuck with them just doing a half job at best. There are a few employees that try to make it better but they aren't always there all the time and the other ones that are just do not care about their jobs. I would just like to see them have the car wash working completely more than once a week every blue moon. I've had a membership for a year plus and things have steadily gotten worse. As of today on 3/31 2021, their buff and shine at the end of the car wash has been down for over a month and it doesn't have any sign of being fixed in sight. That's just one of the most recent broken problems that they have. I really hope they improve soon, but I don't have faith in that especially when I have to constantly watch them to even give me the correct wash when things aren't broken. The few good employees that they do have they need to keep and hold on to and bring in better employees with them. I feel like if they had competition in town they would take this car wash more seriously and try to improve the service and keep things in a repaired state more often. I hope it doesn't prove soon. I hope it does improve soon.

I will start off by saying, yeah it did the job, but did it do it well? No, in my opinion. If I'm going to spend 25 bucks, I'd rather pay someone to hand wash vs this. It's convenient yes but value is lost when I still have to hand wash my hood and roof. I do enjoy the free towel to use and vacuum. Next time, I'll spend my money at a hand car wash like Kenny's or Frank's. Least with that, the value comes with someone else vacuuming and even wiping my interior vs myself.

First time going to this place and the staff were very helpful. They got us through with our car very quickly and with very little complications or confusion. I got the highest amount of cleaning possible and man did my car come out looking nice. I will definitely return again. The vacuum cleaners that are set up after you leave the car wash has very good suction and they also have little baskets that you can use to wipe down the interior and I just felt like my car had just been detailed for a very small amount of money. It was very quick and easy to use.

Very happy with my $20 monthly plan. Love how they have created jobs for the folks that brush the cars off before you enter the wash. I do wish they would temporarily suspend use of these folks for a few minutes at times when the line backs up as this place has outgrown its self and it’s not uncommon to wait 10-15 mins to get in lately.

Quick and easy in and put considering three full lanes of traffic. The vacuums were too busy and full to use. The car looks 100% better!
