Great Casino! The casino is small but has mostly the new slots. They take your temperature as you come through the door. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was not very busy. Social distancing is practiced. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you are passing by Bristow, Oklahoma I would recommend.
Some employees are not very friendly. They offer promotions but then don't have enough gifts for everyone that has spent enough money to earn them. That's not good customer service ..
We always have a good time at Creek Nation in Bristol. The personal are always pleasant, willing to help if needed.
The snack bar is great. The prices are good. Most of the snack bar staff are friendly. The casino is ok. Lots of games. Does seem like itt pays out alot. I dont get many promotions on my players club card. They say it will increase.
Staff is mostly accommodating, the machines not so much and if you do win a little bit you need to cash out and leave otherwise they just gonna take it all back and then some. The machines are always to tight and the chances of winning really anything are slim to none. Just my own personal experience and opinion. And also when you can sit at a machine and hear the wheel grinding and catching then you know something ain't right. JUST SAYING.
