We had a repair man from Sears come look at our oven. He misdiagnosed it. I bought the part he suggested and installed it. Only to find out that part was not the problem. Now I had to pay another company to come look at the oven.nnAt this point I've paid twice to fix the oven. Once to Sears and once to another company. I called Sears and asked for a refund and was told no. I had to pay for the repair man even if he didnt fix my oven or properly diagnose it.
