Sweet carwash! I love that it's all automatic. Drive up, put your money in, follow instructions, and it pulls you along. This carwash did a wonderful job cleaning my truck. I will definitely be back!
Used carwash on October 16 2020. Carwash caused damages on vehicles that got worse. They said they nolonger have video and say it's my word against theirs. After trying to say I was driving a red vehicle when I own a blue van. That they will not be repairing my vehicle. Pictures took day of damages. This carwash is a complete scam a ripoff, over 3k worth of damages for a 17$ wash that didn't even get my van clean. If I knew how to post the pictures on here I would.
I paid for a $10 “grand slam” the car wash covered my car in some white soap and now it’s saying “welcome to xtreme car wash....” and is doing nothing else. So basically I paid $10 to get my car covered in soap. I always come here to get my car washed and this has never happened before. Super irritating to waste $10 and now I’m have to go pay more money to get the soap off of my car.nnEdit: I messaged the car wash owner on Facebook, and then I got busy and wasn’t able to check my messages. The owner relentlessly tried to get ahold of me - a very difficult task. I was finally able to call him back and he was extremely pleasant and gave me a full refund. After going to a different car wash and spending $20 on a subpar job, I can definitely say that this is the best car wash in Elk City.
