Crew is awesome! On the other hand they need to get a professional security guard sent to them because the one now thinks he's a hard thug in a security jacket with a mouth piece for no reason. Amtrak has nothing to do with who their security guard is so overall i would recamend this route to anyone.

They insist you stay back 6ft at the snack bar from the crew but have no problem walking a foot from everyone down the isles. They break their own rules

Great place. Reminds me of better times

Didn’t even get to ride the train. Purchased my ticket Online with the add on of bringing my road bike. It showed online that this option was available for the train, but when I walked up to the train with the bike, everyone seemed surprised and tried to avoid even looking at me. The conductor finally turned around and said “It’s not happening, no bikes”. Didn’t even give me a reason. The lady with them finally said they did not have the car to put the bike in. It was a complete waste of my time. Even had to pay $10 for all day parking that I didn’t even use. I was really upset I did not get to ride. It was only my first time but I would not trust them again expecting to bring my bike along. They need a better way of notifying customers of changes on the train.

Was told station was closed when it wasnt and that because of my disability I would have assistance boarding and exiting the bus. None of this was true. No one could even assist me with reclining. Most uncomfortable ride imaginable. Woman in front of me locked her recliner back and left me practically trapped in my set fighting with my luggage. Nothing better than making pople less fortunate feel ashamed of their short comings phyically.
