The Ridge Apartments

I would give 0 stars if I could. Please do not rent from them unless this is your last option! The living conditions are horrible & management is awful. They spend to much time worrying about what the appearance & look of the complex to focus on fixing the real issues.nFirst off our oven broke & we were told the parts were ordered to fix it. A few months go by & after multiple complaints we FINALLY get a new oven.nOur heater has never properly worked, it would only heat upstairs. At one point it just stopped working. Again numerous work orders & nothing was done & we got told things like “we don’t know what is wrong with your heater” & “these townhouses were poorly built so there is nothing we can do about it” — our downstairs is literally the same temperature as it is outside, when it’s in the 30s that’s how cold it is in our townhouse. When it comes down the heat that is a health matter & no matter what has to happen it needs to be redone. After many complaints we got a new thermostat & it still does not heat properly. Nobody should have to sit on their couch in a hoodie, sweats & with a heated blanket & space heater just to be warm in their own home... along with sleeping. This is a huge issue in these townhouses & they really need to fix it.nAlong with all those issues they have a rodent issue. Yes they did provide me & my husband with mouse traps, but when MULTIPLE units are having MULTIPLE mice in their place it comes down to it being some type of infestation & they need to look deeper in the problem instead of telling their renters “oh it’s just a problem in this area” & being dismissive of it. Inhave lived in my share of apartments & houses & have never even come close to having these many issues & dealing with such rude & dismissive management. So PLEASE PLEASE do not rent from here unless it is your absolute last option!! We cannot wait until our lease is up!!!

I WISH I WOULDVE SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING. I can't understand how these apartments are legally being rented. I was tricked into renting here. They are completely dilapidated. Missing roofs, holes in showers etc. Mold everywhere, serious plumbing issues. Most of the outer units are condemned with missing stairs they just paint them really nice to trick you into renting. They are complete crooks. Since the day I moved in its nonstop finding holes they painted over, new leaks everyday. I Can't get anyone to fix the inside for over 3 months but see people working on lawn and painting everyday. The manager Amanda is horrible and just boldly lies and uses the younger two in front to try and smooth you over. I never write reviews but PLEASE DO NOT RENT from these people. They won't let you out of lease it's all just a scam to get your money.

Maintenance never comes and waits till after you move out to fix the problem , charges you fees months after you leave, not too community involved, lots of times with no hot water and broken AC in the summer. Terrible experience and glad I left.

Been living here since 2013, i must say thing are trending in the right direction.

They’ve really stepped up their game. They’re a little pricey now but you only pay rent and electric you also have to get renters insurance. But I feel pretty safe overall here an I’d recommend them. Weighing out the pros and cons I’d say the pros out do the negatives
